Refund Policy

1. Digital Downloads Policy

Due to the immediate access nature of digital books and downloadable guides, all digital purchases made on Vikram Presence are final and non-refundable. Once a book purchase is completed and download access is generated, we are unable to retract digital possession. We strongly recommend reviewing book details, contents, and samples carefully before completing checkout.

2. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring premium membership plans and programs:

• You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through your Profile Dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to premium membership features until the end of your current billing statement period.
• We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partially unused monthly or annual subscription durations.

3. Processing Approved Exceptions

In highly exceptional cases where a refund is authorized (for example, double-billing errors or proven download link failures), refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days from authorization.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased digital items, or if you believe you have been billed in error, please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase. We are committed to working with you to resolve all technical blockages.
